The star midfielder Functioned in a forward spot out wide while also contributed with dirty work. Demonstrated flashes of quality and mishit a shot wide. Withdrawn towards the end for a teammate, a fellow player, after being booked. 7/10

The winger Was presented with the team's top opening before halftime, his effort excellently kept out from the Albanian keeper. As a teammate staying deep, he was forced to offer an outlet out wide but his crosses from wide areas were hit and miss. Substituted late in the match. Six

The captain The decisive figure with his 77th and 78th goals for his country. His first a trademark poacher’s finish and the second a superb headed goal having drifted away from his marker.
